Scotia was our server and she was amazing! We weren’t going to stay for more than one drink but her positive attitude and way with people made us stay all night! We will be back for her!
This was my first time at Craft with my fiance & friends. From the time we arrived till we left the service was nothing short of amazing. We sat on the patio which was breathtaking looking over Kelowna. The food & drinks were incredible. The shaft drink was my favourite. I would love to give a special shout out to Jess & Cody who served us that night. They went above & beyond & were absolutely amazing. Thank you for giving my first experience an awesome one. Definitely will be back!
Just a wicked, perfect Sunday off! So glad that we chose Craft cause honestly, it was everything....like core memory unlocked! If you are looking for the best view, best happy hour, best brewery menu (the nachos ), friendliest staff, a manager that actually cares (shout out to Luke and his team, outstanding, seamless job with our rambunctious crowd), check out Craft. They’re where I am telling everyone to go this summer...

This place is a total Win. Really good food with a variety of modern options. Creative and extensive drink list. Staff is also super personable, attentive, and knowledgeable. We've been twice and definitely look forward to going again when in Kelowna. Only loses marks for a slightly confusing, 3-counter host greeting/seating system.
We recently had our wedding reception on the top floor at CRAFT. I cannot say enough GREAT things about our experience. Liane who did all the wedding/event planning with us leading up to the big day was terrific! She is super accommodating and lovely to deal with. She really did make sure that all our requests came true. With that said the ENTIRE CRAFT team are so hospitable and unreal to deal with. There were many occasions leading up to the day that I would pop in and ask "Can we see the upstairs venue?" And everyone was always so helpful and accommodating. The servers and all the managers (Matt, Riley and Caelen) at CRAFT are seriously the best to deal with. They are so nice, so helpful and just make you feel totally at ease and taken care. The day of also couldn't have gone better. Again the team went above and beyond and ended up giving us the entire top floor to have as our reception. THANK YOU! They made sure that every last detail we had planned with Liane was perfectly in place. The amount of people that have told me since our wedding how awesome the venue, the views, the food and service was is remarkable. I had two different guests say to me "this is the best reception venue I have ever been to!" My guests continue to send me texts saying comments on how much they enjoyed the food, the views, and that the servers were "on it" with everything. Truly I am THRILLED with my decision to have my wedding reception at CRAFT. It was the best decision and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone. There really isn't anywhere else in Kelowna where you can have a reception with views like this, top notch service and a place where the atmosphere is so fun and welcoming. If I was to make one recommendation it actually might be to do the entire wedding, including the ceremony at CRAFT. We did our ceremony at a park, which was lovely but it would have been just as beautiful all on their balcony. Thank you again. We are so grateful.
On our way to Banff we stopped overnight at Kelowna and walked around the cultural district by the water. We stopped at Craft for dinner. The atmosphere was fantastic. Million choices for beer, for those beer lovers, and great food. We sat out on the patio with the dog and got to see the street fun happening all around. They had a vegetarian Menu and we ordered a bunch of things from it,, see pictures. Food was very good. The staff were super friendly. Oreo got a lots of love from the staff! Fantastic location great food and great beer!!
MORGAN was amazing! She gave us great recommendations for our girls trip in Kelowna this weekend. She made us perfect drinks and had a great energy! This girl was the best (and had the most beautiful hair I’ve ever seen) loved having her serve my friends and I!
